Cinnamon - Floral Water


Imported internationally, these waters are extremely versatile. They can be used in the manufacturing process anywhere that water is required.

They are an excellent Linen spray, and a simple way for the novice aromatherapist to enjoy the thterapeutic benefits of essential oils. Add to a soothing hot bath.

Description: The cinnamon tree is an evergreen native to China and Vietnam that has since been cultivated in many other regions. It has shiny, leathery green leaves, and small, white flowers with oval shaped purple berries.

Common Uses: Cinnamon Bark essential oil is highly respected as having antiseptic properties. Used in topical applications in massage for it’s warming and antibacterial properties. It’s pleasant scent makes it a perfect additive to creams, lotions and soaps. From a spiritual perspective, it is believed to have a warming, uplifting characteristic.

Used for fragrance and therapeutic actions in toothpaste, mouthwash, soaps, cosmetics, toiletries and perfume. Is also added to treatments for lice and scabies. Suitable as an air freshener on it’s own or added to a blend for a warm, sweet, spicy scent. Has a mild astringent effect on the skin and is suitable for body sprays. May assist to ease the sting from insect bites.

Note: Middle to Base

Blends well with: Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood, Elemi, citrus oils, Ylang Ylang and other floral notes, Benzoin.

Aromatic Scent: Cinnamon Bark has a warm, spicy scent that is somewhere between clove and cinnamon. It is slightly herbaceous with pepper notes.
